January 18, 2006PRONG bassist Mike Longworth has sent the following update to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:
"We are now a three-piece!!! We have decided that rather than replacing the second-guitar position constantly we will go back to the 'traditional' PRONG trio. We've done several shows at the end of 2005 and it's sounding tighter than ever!!!! New record sometime in 2006 as soon as we secure a new deal. Tour dates start February 4th and will hit 40 U.S. cities... Several East Coast dates with OVERKILL. Check the official site for the updated confirmed list of dates. We are also playing a NAMM show party this Saturday, January 21st...sponsored by Coffin Cases, Halo Guitars and Monster Energy drinks. PRONG goes on at 9 PM at the Hilton Hotel in Anaheim. NAMM badge will get you into the show. See you on tour!!!"
