PSY:CODE: 'Set It Loose' Video Released

November 8, 2010

"Set It Loose", the new video from Denmark's PSY:CODE, can be viewed below. The clip was directed by Nicki M. Sørensen and was produced by Royal Baboon Films.

Commented PSY:CODE singer Dennis Schou: "We have used PSY:CODE's lyrical expression as a starting point for the video, and we feel that the result visualize the band name and our music perfectly. We are very proud of it."

"Set It Loose" comes off PSY:CODE's debut album, "Delusion", which was released this past spring via the Danish metal label Mighty Music. The CD was mixed and mastered at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark.

PSY:CODE was formed in 2002 and has supported such acts as GOREFEST and KONKHRA. The band's big breakthrough came in the fall of 2008 when it won the "15 Minutes Of Fame" contest sponsored by Danish national radio and Live Nation. PSY:CODE secured more than 33 percent of the votes and landed the opportunity to support SLAYER in front of 6,000 rabid Danish fans

PSY:CODE describes its unique brand of metal and hardcore as "progressive bounce metal," citing a myriad of influences, including DEVIN TOWNSEND, GOJIRA and MESHUGGAH.
