PSYCHOTRON Announces New Drummer

December 12, 2007

German power/thrash band PSYCHOTRON has announced the addition of drummer Stefan Dittrich (CRISIS NEVER ENDS, SAIDIAN) to the group's ranks. According to the group, "This guy really is a machine and he will blow you away (that's exactly what happened to us)."

In other news, PSYCHOTRON is still searching for a new bassist. Interested parties can contact the band at [email protected].

Martin Albrecht from MYSTIC PROPHECY will be filling in for the group on bass guitar at this coming weekend's Banging the X-Mas Tree Festival in Stuttgart, Germany.

PSYCHOTRON's third album, "Pray for Salvation", was released through Greece's Sleaszy Rider Records. The follow-up to 2004's "Open the Gate" was recorded at Decode studios and was mixed and mastered by R.D. Liapakis (MYSTIC PROPHECY).
