QUIREBOYS Singer Joins DAMAGE CONTROL

DAMAGE CONTROL, the new band featuring bassist Pete Way (UFO, WAYSTED),guitarist Robin George and drummer Chris Slade (AC/DC, URIAH HEEP, MANFRED MANN'S EARTH BAND and ASIA),have announced the addition of QUIREBOYS singer Spike to the group's ranks. The band are currently in the studio recording their debut album for release later in the year. Several mixes from the forthcoming CD are available for preview at PeteWay.net. As previously reported, Pete Way's official web site has been updated with audio interviews with Pete and George about DAMAGE CONTROL. Way also talks about the current status of UFO and WAYSTED, bringing drummer Andy Parker back into UFO, the new UFO CD/DVD release "Showtime" and the "Strangers in the Night Critical Review" DVD. Robin also discusses the mixing process for the WAYSTED CD "Back from the Dead" and his past work with such artists as Robert Plant and Phil Lynott. Download the interviews at this location.
