RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, Fan Reach Settlement Over Concert Injury Lawsuit

The family of a 14-year-old RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE fan who was rendered mentally incapacitated as a result of a fall suffered during a 1996 RATM concert in Seattle will reportedly receive $400,000 from the city of Seattle and an undisclosed amount from the band, a concert promotion company and a security company as part of a settlement in a lawsuit over the matter.
