RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, SMASHING PUMPKINS Confirmed For VOODOO MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Jonathan Cohen of Billboard.com reports that RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE and SMASHING PUMPKINS anchor a lineup of rock heavy-hitters and acclaimed New Orleans musicians for the 2007 Voodoo Music Experience, which is expanding to three days and will be held Oct. 26-28 at New Orleans' City Park. WILCO, TIESTO, KINGS OF LEON, BEN HARPER, FALL OUT BOY, COMMON, SINEAD O'CONNOR, GALACTIC and the BLACK CROWES are also on the bill.

A limited amount of general admission tickets go on sale June 29. VIP packages will be available the following day and provide access to a private entrance, closer parking, food and drink and upgraded bathrooms.
