RAGE: New Album Delayed
August 14, 2003Veteran German metallers RAGE have pushed back the release date of their new album, "Soundchaser", to October 6 through SPV/Steamhammer Records. As previously reported, the follow-up to last year's "Unity" (view cover here) was recorded in April at VPS Studio in Hamm, Germany and was mixed and mastered by producer Charlie Bauerfeind at Mi Sueno studio (owned by Andi Deris of HELLOWEEN fame) in Tenerife, Spain.
In other news, RAGE guitarist Victor Smolski is looking for a guitar technician to join him at concert tours around the world for next 6-12 months. Interested parties should send their applications to [email protected]. RAGE will support HELLOWEEN on their upcoming European tour, scheduled to kick off on October 20 in London, England.
