RAMMSTEIN: Helsinki Show Sells Out In 30 Minutes
August 17, 2004RAMMSTEIN's upcoming performance in Helsinki, Finland, scheduled for November 24 at the Hartwall Arena, sold out in approximately 30 minutes after tickets went on sale Tuesday morning (August 17). 12,000 tickets were sold to the concert, which will mark the group's first headlining performance in the city in support of their upcoming CD, "Reise Reise".
"Reise Reise" is scheduled for release on November 2 through Universal Records. The follow-up to 2001's "Mutter" was recorded in Spain and Germany. Production duties on the CD were handled by Jacob Hellner, who worked with the group on "Mutter".
RAMMSTEIN's latest single, "Mein Teil", entered the German singles chart at position No. 2. The band are currently preparing to shoot a video for the album's second single, "Amerika", with direcor Jörn Heitmann, who has previously worked with RAMMSTEIN on the videos for "Sonne" and "Ich Will".
