Rare JIMI HENDRIX Artwork Found

Guitar legend Jimi Hendrix couldn't only cut it on stage — he was also talented with a paintbrush.

These psychedelic pictures were painted by Hendrix and discovered by former roadie James "Tappy" Wright, who has put them on display in his friend's music shop.

Tappy, 63, of Whitley Bay, was part of the London team who managed Hendrix in the UK, and toured with the legend all over the world.

He said: "Jimi would do two things when he was travelling around. He would either write songs or draw and paint.
