RAVENCULT Prepares To Record New Album

Greek black metallers RAVENCULT are in pre-production for their new CD, tentatively due in early 2009. According to the band, 10 new tracks have been laid down in demo form so far, with plans to complete all the album recordings by December 2008.

RAVENCULT released its debut album, "Temples of Torment", in March 2007 via Dark Essence Records. The band established its presence in the metal underground by releasing two demos in 2002 ("Despise The Blindfold") and 2003 ("Cosmic Chaos"),respectively, and a seven-inch EP in 2004 ("Armageddon Rising"). In late 2005 they traveled to Norway in order to record their debut album at Mølla Studios, Eskeland with Knut Magne Valle of ARCTURUS as producer.
