RAZORBACK: Sophomore Album Pushed Back To November

September 9, 2005

Massacre Records has pushed back the projected release date of the sophomore RAZORBACK album, "Criminal Justice", to November 18 from the previously announced October 24.

RAZORBACK is the new band consisting of Rolf Munkes (guitar, MAJESTY, ex-VANIZE),Stefan Berggren (vocals, ex-COMPANY OF SNAKES),Marcus Bielenberg (bass, ex-VANIZE),and Chris Heun (guitar, ex-SHYLOCK).

Commented Munkes: "We have some brand new, modern and unique sounding songs for you. It's supreme modern metal for the 21st century! Fantastic songs performed by one of today's best male singers: Stefan Berggren (Sweden),combined with powerful modern guitar-riffing and an outstanding hard rock-production.

"In the beginning we thought that this is impossible, but after months in the studio our dream came true. Now RAZORBACK sounds modern, melodic and found its own style. We made our way into the year 2005 and are looking forward to bring this stuff on the road."

"Criminal Justice" track listing:

01. The Flame Still Burns
02. It's Alright
03. Big City Jungle
04. Ain't A Perfect Day
05. Criminal Justice

RAZORBACK recently parted ways with drummer Pierre Fienhold (ex-VANIZE) for "personal reasons." Replacing him in the group's lineup is Andre Hilgers, who has previously worked with AXXIS and SILENT FORCE.
