RE:IGNITION Mixing Debut Album

August 26, 2006

Guitarist Tim Howell of RE:IGNITION has issued the following update on the progress of the recording sessions for the group's debut album, "Empty Heart Loaded Gun", due later in the year via Corporate Punishment Records:

"We are finally done with all the tracking and editing of the record that seemed like would never end. After changing producers and studios and editors, we have hashed out everything and it's in the capable hands of Peter Rutcho (SEEMLESS). We have six songs very close to being mixed and six more on the way. We are so fucking glad to have it out of our hands and almost finished."

"Empty Heart Loaded Gun" will feature guest appearances by guitarist Phil Demmel (MACHINE HEAD, ex-VIO-LENCE) and vocalist Brock Lindow (36 CRAZYFISTS).

RE:IGNITION is:

Dave Moore (ex-MINDBENDER) - Vocals
Steev Esquivel (SKINLAB, ex-DEFIANCE) - Guitars
Tim Howell (ex-FUELED, SACRILEGE B.C.) - Guitars
Snake (SKINLAB) - Bass
Mark Hernandez (ex-TECHNOCRACY, TORQUE) – Drums
