December 8, 2006

RE:IGNITION, the San Francisco Bay Area band which features in its ranks SKINLAB members Steev Esquivel (guitar) and Snake (bass),has issued the following update:

"It's been two weeks since the release of 'Empty Heart Loaded Gun'. HUGE thanks to everyone who was able to find the album so far. Things are starting to pick up, and [Corporate Punishment Records] has been bustin' ass getting more records in stores every day. Seems people are starting to take notice of our little band. We appreciate all the noise you guys have been making; keep it coming.

"Video.... We'll be finishing up the video for 'Head On' with Shawn Sparks. We'll be shooting more footage in the next couple weeks in Oakland, California. Also, RE:IGNITION is proud to announce that we've been officially added to the JagerMusic roster! Big shot out to Adam, Rick and the JagerModels who helped make our CD-release show such a special event. We're looking forward to doing many shots and rockin' some shows in 2007.

"Speaking of shows... We've been invited to do some West Coast dates with our friends in INDORPHINE and INVITRO. The run will have us playing the same weekend as the NAMM convention, which we will be attending. Saturday's show at The Roxy will be a NAMM after-party. NAMM badges will get in free.

"Ringtones, ringtones, ringtones....That's right, RE:IGNITION ringtones are now available for download as 'realtones' via Yamaha, one of the world's largest ringtone distributors. Tones are available for all major U.S. carriers, including Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, Mmode, Metro Pcs, Alltel, Dobson, Cricket, and Cellular One. They can be downloaded via the Corporate Punishment page on Yamaha's site here. Sprint customers can also order by texting the code for the song they want (next to the selection on the web site) to 38615."
