REBELS WITHOUT APPLAUSE: Full-Length Debut Out Now

April 21, 2009

REBELS WITHOUT APPLAUSE, the band featuring Chicago metal mainstay Greg Fulton (ZNOWHITE, CYCLONE TEMPLE) and former ZNOWHITE drummer Tony Heath, has just released its debut album, "Low End Head Stomp", on EMA/Polydisc with a full-scale digital roll-out.

After years of burning below the radar, tearing through the Midwest, playing everything from sweatbox toilet-like clubs all the way up to House Of Blues and all points in between, RWA has racked up over 300 shows in 39 cities and 54,000 miles touring. Playing with everyone from MUDVAYNE, SOIL, DISTURBED, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, and SHADOWS FALL, to STONE SOUR, LACUNA COIL, STUCK MOJO, and BAD BRAINS, to name just a few, RWA's been grinding mile after mile, brick by brick, all the while leaving a constantly growing and rabid fan base.

REBELS WITHOUT APPLAUSE has been steadily working the underground connecting with and crossing genres, coming off like a "heavy groove, mack truck-concussion dispenser," creating an eclectic range in which their sound thrives. Their full-length debut, "Low End Head Stomp", features a thick roux of crunch and heaviness with added dashes of big grooves and soulful melodies to make a potent metal gumbo!

The band released an EP in 1998 called "Rip-Hop, Soulcore, Crush".
