Maryland-based death metal/hardcore quartet RECOURSE have inked a deal with This Dark Reign Records.

Drawing their influences from such notable acts as D.R.I., HATEBREED and LAMB OF GOD, RECOURSE fuse the energy and angst of American hardcore punk with the precision and technique of brutal English death metal. The band's debut release, entitled "Weakening the Structure" (produced by DYING FETUS guitarist/vocalist John Gallagher),will be reissued with two new, unreleased bonus tracks in early 2005. The band just returned from their highly successful tour with DYING FETUS and plan to hit the road in early 2005 to promote the album.
