Reformed HYSTE'RIAH Releases Samples Of New Songs

March 31, 2008

Long-defunct '80s Swedish thrashers HYSTE'RIAH have reformed and have posted instrumental pre-production samples of their new material on the band's MySpace page.

HYSTE'RIAH's current lineup includes Jerry "Krown" Kronqvist on vocals/bass and Cliff T (a.k.a. Klas Ideberg; DARKANE, THE DEFACED, TERROR 2000, REHAB, HYPOCRISY) on vocals/guitar.

More information will be made available soon.

The 1987 "Attempt the Life" demo cassette by HYSTE'RIAH is available for download at the Bang! Bang! metal demo blog.

According to the blog post, the members of HYSTE'RIAH were "fluid, supple thrash masters with the weirdest vocals this side of early BATHORY. Small surprise that HYSTE'RIAH guitarist Cliff T, a.k.a. Klas Ideberg, is still a force in Swedish metal, generating gruff grooves to this day in DARKANE, THE DEFACED, and TERROR 2000."
