Reunited RUFFIANS To Play First Bay Area Show In 15 Years

RUFFIANS, the reunited power metal band that at one time featured in its ranks late VICIOUS RUMORS frontman Carl Albert, will play their first Bay Area show in 15 years with UFO at The Pound in San Francisco on November 19. The band plan to enter the studio early next year to begin recording a new album for a summer 2005 release.

Hellion Records has released the band's original 1985 LP, "Ruffians", which features Carl Albert on vocals, along with six live tracks recorded at The Stone Nightclub in San Francisco on September 28,1985. Hellion has also released a Limited Edition Collectors Vinyl of this original release along with four demo tracks from 1987 with Rich Wilde on vocals. The vinyl is available in four different colors.

RUFFIANS' current lineup includes original members Craig Behrhorst and Chris Atchison (guitars),Luke Bowman (drums),along with Rich Wilde (vocals) and Eric Wong (UNJUST) on bass.
