RIGOR MORTIS Announce New Singer!

January 22, 2003

Reunited Texan thrashers RIGOR MORTIS have announced the addition of vocalist Dave Woodard to the group's ranks. "Dave is a good friend we've known since the old days, who fits in with us perfectly," bassist/vocalist Casey Orr said in an official statement. "He used to sing for such great punk and metal bands as THE AGITATORS, REO SPEEDEALER, BILLYCLUB, THE HELLIONS [also featuring Orr], and more recently, PORN LAB. He's got a great set of lungs, great stage presence, and he's a blast to hang out with. He's also a body piercer by trade, so if anyone happens to be in Dallas and needs a new hole, stop by 'Skin and Bones' and ask for Dave! RIGOR MORTIS is rehearsing like madmen and hope to announce the first show since 1991 real soon!"
