RISING DREAM To Perform On Croatian TV

September 19, 2008

Croatian metallers RISING DREAM will perform on their home country's national television channel HRT 1 as part of the popular music show "Garaža" (Garage). The band will play a 30-minute set in front of a live audience. According to the group, "This makes RISING DREAM the first metal band to promote themselves on air the national TV station, inside the TV show that promotes Croatian urban rock, hip hop, funky… music acts. Hopefully, this event will open many opportunities for still quite blur but promising Croatian metal scene."

RISING DREAM is inviting its fans to attend the show taping on Monday, September 29 at the HRT studios at Prisavlje, Zagreb.

The clip was shot with director Steve Ravic, who has previously worked with such bands as MANOWAR, GAMMA RAY, RHAPSODY, DESTRUCTION and DORO. According to the band, the video was shot "in a perfect atmospheric location and we can easily say it was a hard but fun experience for us, our crew and our friends."

"Heretic Prophecy" comes off the group's latest album, "Failed Apocalypse", which was released on July 1 via Dallas Records. The CD features a guest appearance by former VISIONS OF ATLANTIS singer Melissa Ferlaak on the song "Dreams Come True".

RISING DREAM has previously opened for such bands as IRON MAIDEN, HELLOWEEN, AMON AMARTH and DEEP PURPLE, and has played at major European open air festivals.
