RITUAL CARNAGE Finalize Track Listing For 'Do Not Resuscitate'

March 26, 2005

Japanese/American thrash metallers RITUAL CARNAGE have finalized the track listing for their new album, "Do Not Resuscitate", due later in the year through Osmose Productions.

Commented frontman Danny Carnage: "After I moved back to the States [from Japan], we all thought that the band would fade away... We thought wrong! The guys in Japan formed new bands, and when they gigged, the fans would always ask them, 'When is the next RITUAL album coming out?' All of us in the band believe in our music and our fans, so we had to make this album.

"The album is named 'Do Not Resuscitate'. The music expands on our last album, 'The Birth of Tragedy', and perfects the sound we were striving to achieve with that release. Lyrically, I am writing about mankind's newest enemy — terrorism — and the politics surrounding it. I cleaned up my vocals even more for that Bay Area sound! We recorded all the instruments in Hachioji, Japan at Moopies. I recorded all my vocals here in Jacksonville, Florida at Vision Sound. Once again, the album will be released through Osmose Productions. We've had two years to work on this album, so expect a another killer THRASH release!"
