March 29, 2012RIVAL SONS drummer Michael Miley was given the chance to perform with rock royalty yesterday, when he joined THE WHO frontman Roger Daltrey and Steve Winwood on stage in London.
Miley performed alongside the legendary musicians, along with the likes of THE ROLLING STONES guitarist Ronnie Wood, as part of a special Teenage Cancer Trust show at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
Commented Miley: "Are you kidding me? Royal Albert Hall? Roger Daltrey, Steve Winwood, Ronnie Wood?! I got to sit in with them??!! Am I dreaming? What an experience. What a show. All to benefit young people battling cancer. God bless those kids. And God bless Roger for putting together these concerts. I am very thankful to have been part of it."
RIVAL SONS played the final show of its U.K. tour with BLACK STONE CHERRY immediately before the Teenage Cancer Trust show, and is now heading on to mainland Europe for a number of headlining dates.

The CD was laid down at Honey Pye Studios in Nashville, Tennessee with Grammy-nominated producer Dave Cobb, who has worked on all three previous releases from the band, and Grammy-winning engineer Vance Powell.
RIVAL SONS' latest album, "Pressure And Time", is out now worldwide on CD and limited-edition audiophile vinyl, as well as on iTunes with two exclusive bonus tracks.
RIVAL SONS was nominated for two Classic Rock awards, in the categories of "Best New Band" and "Best Album".
