ROB ZOMBIE, ANTHRAX: First Tour Dates Announced

The first dates have been released for ROB ZOMBIE's summer tour, featuring ANTHRAX in the support slot. Prior to the "American Witch Across America" trek, which is scheduled to kick off late June, Zombie will play a couple of dates in California and Nevada. The details are as follows:

May 13 - Irvine, CA @ KROQ Weenie Roast (no ANTHRAX)
May 26 - Las Vegas, NV @ Mandalay Bay Events Center (no ANTHRAX)
Jun. 30 - El Paso, TX @ County Coliseum
Jul. 02 - Wichita Falls, TX @ Kay Yeager Coliseum
Jul. 05 - McAllen, TX @ La Villa Real Special Events Ctr.
Jul. 07 - North Little Rock, AR @ North Shore Riverwalk
Jul. 09 - Wichita, KS @ Kansas Coliseum
Jul. 12 - Oklahoma City, OK @ Fairgrounds Arena
Jul. 15 - Cleveland, OH @ Tower City Amphitheater
Jul. 16 - Fort Wayne, IN @ Allen County War Mem. Coliseum
Jul. 22 - Mankato, MN @ Midwest Wireless Civic Center
Jul. 24 - Sioux Falls, SD @ Ramkota Exhibit Hall
Jul. 28 - Billings, MT @ Shrine Auditorium

Zombie completed a North American run on Friday (May 5) in Grand Prairie, Texas, his first in support of his recently released "Educated Horses" album.

Zombie is also rumored to be joining GODSMACK on tour as a co-headliner this fall.

"Educated Horses", Zombie's third solo album, has sold 231,000 copies in the U.S. since being released on March 28.

"The Haunted World of Superbeasto", an animated film based on Zombie's El Superbeasto comic book character, will be out later this year. The rocker-turned-filmmaker is also working on the script for his third live-action feature.
