July 24, 2003

ROB ZOMBIE will release a line of "House Of 1000 Corpses" masks in time for Halloween, according to Launch. The new masks will include those for the horror film's characters Dr. Satan, Captain Spaulding, and Tiny.

The Dr. Satan mask was unveiled at the Comic Convention in San Diego this past Friday (July 18),where several members of the film's cast — including Zombie and his wife Sheri Moon —made appearances.

Zombie has signed on to write and direct a sequel to "House Of 1000 Corpses", which has reportedly grossed $11 million. Rob hopes to start work on the project this fall and have it released in April of 2004 to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the original. No title for the sequel has been announced.
