ROB ZOMBIE To 'Talk Horror' On ALICE COOPER's Radio Show

Rob Zombie will be Alice Cooper's special guest on Cooper's radio show "Nights with Alice Cooper" airing on Tuesday, October 17. According to a posting on the "Nights with Alice Cooper" web site, Cooper and Zombie will be talking horror as Alice counts down to Halloween. The program is a classic-rock format and is nationally syndicated on the United Stations Radio Networks. Air times differ, so make sure to check out NightsWithAliceCooper.com for more information.

As previously reported, Rob Zombie is currently mixing a live CD for a tentative early 2007 release. In the meantime, Zombie's second feature film, "The Devil's Rejects" was named "Best Horror Movie" at the Spike TV's Scream Awards 2006, the first annual televised event which celebrates horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic books. The film's stars Leslie Easterbrook, Sid Haig, Bill Moseley and Sheri Moon Zombie (as "The Firefly Clan") also took home an award for "Most Vile Villain".

Zombie is now working on his next film project, the animated horror film "The Haunted World of Superbeasto" starring Academy Award nominee Paul Giamatti, slated for release May 10, 2007. Zombie also recently announced that he will direct a new version of the classic 1978 horror film, "Halloween", with an October 2007 release planned.
