RONNIE JAMES DIO: ROCK HARD Interview To Air On Thursday

September 17, 2007

An audio interview with Ronnie James Dio (DIO, BLACK SABBATH, RAINBOW, ELF, HEAVEN AND HELL) will air on Thursday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. EST / 8:00 p.m. CET at Hard Rock Radio Live. The interview was conducted by DJ Painkiller (real name: Orpheus Spiliotopoulos) of the Greek edition of the Rock Hard magazine on June 30, 2007 at the Rockwave festival in Greece prior to HEAVEN AND HELL's headlining appearance that day. This particular interview has already been published and is part of the magazine's special issue on BLACK SABBATH, currently available all over Greece. The interview is approximately 25 minutes long and will air in four parts during DJ Painkiller's show (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Orpheus Spiliotopoulos commented: "It was a great honor getting to chat with one of rock and metal's actual fathers! Dio is one of the friendliest, humble and kindest human beings out there. I think people will really enjoy what he had to tell me, especially the parts during which he spoke about his future with BLACK SABBATH, the upcoming sequel to [DIO's] 'Magica' and a new HEAR N' AID effort!"
