ROSE FUNERAL: 'God Demise' Video Released
June 8, 2010"God Demise", the new video from Cincinnati, Ohio's ROSE FUNERAL, can be viewed below. The clip was filmed with up-and-coming director Justin Beasley. The song comes off the band's full-length debut, "The Resting Sonata", which was released in January 2009 via Metal Blade Records.
ROSE FUNERAL spent much of 2008-2010 touring the U.S. and Canada with such acts as NILE, CRYPTOPSY, IMMOLATION, KRISIUN, and many more. The band is currently writing new music for the follow-up to "The Resting Sonata", tentatively due in the summer of 2011.
According to the band's official bio, ROSE FUNERAL's sound is "comparable to [that] of THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, AT THE GATES, and PRAYER FOR CLEANSING," featuring "fast-paced riffs, bone-crushing breakdowns, and in-your-face melodies."
ROSE FUNERAL released a demo titled "Buried Beneath the Blood" in March 2006, followed by the band's second EP, "Crucify.Kill.Rot", in August of that same year.
