RUINS Signs To NEGATIVE EXISTENCE

March 7, 2008

Negative Existence Records has announced the signing of the German underground black speed metal band RUINS. The group's first release through the label will be a 24-song CD featuring two obscure recordings — "Baptised In The Name Of Satan" and "Bloodstorms of Hell" — along with three brand new tracks.

RUINS is a one-man band that was created in February 2006. The upcoming CD is described as "well-produced raw recordings of old-school thrash metal. Aggressive drumming, extremely memorable and straight forward guitar riffs, and hellish raw throaty vocals complete the overall 'black speed metal' atmosphere. The final result is a nonstop headbang-a-thon."

The RUINS CD will be available this spring and will feature the demonic art of Mark Riddick, lyrics, photos as well as additional information.
