RUSH Touring Drummer ANIKA NILLES Partners With EVANS x ProMark For Limited Artist Collection
November 4, 2026EVANS and ProMark have introduced the Anika Nilles limited artist collection: featuring a limited run of premium percussion gear designed alongside Anika herself, with many items featuring her original artwork.
From her early days as a YouTube phenomenon to touring the planet with legendary artists like Jeff Beck and RUSH, Anika Nilles has become one of the most powerful voices in the world of modern drumming. Her latest collection brings her specs, sound, and style to every piece of gear, including her signature ProMark sticks and EVANS Black Chrome drumheads, all bearing a custom graphic designed by Anika herself.
The collection includes a special edition ProMark Anika Nilles signature drumstick, featuring an increased diameter for added power, as well as a matching EVANS Black Chrome drumhead pack. The gear will also be available on daddario.com, including an exclusive digital bundle featuring the sticks and drumheads. Players who purchase the bundle will earn an extra 1,000 Players Circle rewards points.
Anika said: "Drumheads are like a canvas to me. I love drawing and doodling on them, so I thought it would be nice to have something familiar for me on my tour kit. For the sticks, I really love how they turned out. They have my same signature stick profile, but with a thicker diameter to add energy and bring the power the band needs."
Nilles was chosen to fill in for the late Neil Peart this year as Canadian rock legends RUSH embarked on their surprise "Fifty Something" reunion tour.
Germany's Nilles may not have taken up the sticks professionally until she turned 26, but she has never looked back. From world tours with Jeff Beck, to her own sold-out shows and multiple award wins, she has reached over 20 million views online for her creative and thrilling performances.
Playing with sophistication, style and a musical finesse that is rarely witnessed behind the drums, she is an inspiration to drummers around the world. Fierce and determined, she pours over her kit creating melodies through rhythmic complexities that normally sit within other sections of the band. This is no drum machine keeping the beat; this is percussive instrumentation on a whole new level.
Anika's sound is a melting pot of influences ranging from jazz, funk, rock, pop, and anything in between. Her vibrant personality as a performer is etched on her face as she explores every opportunity to build a new narrative from behind the drum riser.
