SACRIFICE Reunite! (Sort Of)

December 31, 2002

Guitarist/vocalist Rob Urbinati got together a couple of days ago with his former SACRIFICE bandmates Gus Pynn (drums) and Scott Watts (bass) and jammed some old SACRIFICE stuff, according to Voices From The Darkside. "It was fun, even though we all had trouble remembering the stuff," Urbinati commented. Rob is currently preparing to enter the studio with TENET, his side project with STRAPPING YOUNG LAD guitarist Jed Simon, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD/ex-DEATH drummer Gene Hoglan, and ex-GRIP INC. bassist Stuart Carruthers. The group, who are signed to Hamburg, Germany's Virusworx Records, are working on their debut album with producer/SYL mainman Devin Townsend for a May 2003 release.
