SAINT VITUS: Classic Album To Be Reissued

July 13, 2004

Southern Lord Records will shortly be re-releasing the classic SAINT VITUS album "V". The album "features the classic doom anthem: 'I Bleed Black' and the mid-tempo stomp of the often-covered 'Angry Man'," according to an official Southern Lord press release. "The production is raw, pure and primitive, the dying embodiment of DOOM. Besides the classic album we have added a bonus video of Wino's very first show with VITUS! It not just one song its the entire show!! The LP version packaging is stunning and adheres to the strict vinyl-quality Southern Lord releases are known for. It is limited to 1,000 copies. This new and doomed version of 'V' is an essential chapter in (doom) metal history."
