SAMMY HAGAR Joins KID ROCK On Stage In Detroit (Video)

Sammy Hagar joined Kid Rock on stage in Detroit this past Friday night (August 12) to perform a cover version of the GRAND FUNK RAILROAD classic "We're An American Band". Fan-filmed video footage of Hagar's appearance can be seen below.

Hagar was the support act for Kid Rock at two shows at Comerica Park in downtown Detroit, Michigan over the weekend.

Hagar has been in the studio recently to record the second album from CHICKENFOOT, his supergroup with ex-VH bassist Michael Anthony, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith and legendary guitarist Joe Satriani. The CD, entitled "Chickenfoot III", will be released on September 27.
