SAMMY HAGAR's Son Sings National Anthem At RED BULL U.S. GRAND PRIX
July 11, 2005According to the Santa Cruz Sentinel, Sammy Hagar's son, Aaron Hagar, did his best to sing the national anthem at The Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix this past weekend.
MotoGP's return to the United States after an 11-year hiatus was not only the biggest race weekend ever at Mazda Raceway Laguna but one of the biggest motor sports weekends in the country this year.
A total of 153,653 fans came to the raceway over the course of three days to watch the world's elite motorcycle racing series, boasting bikes capable of speeds in excess of 200 mph. Sunday's crowd of 57,932 paid a hefty price to do so (not just for the tickets that scalpers were hawking for more than $200),sitting in excruciating car lines that lasted longer than three hours.
