SANCTIFICATION Comments On PULVERISED Signing

SANCTIFICATION, the Swedish death metal band featuring current/former members of GOD AMONG INSECTS, IN BATTLE and SOULDRAINER, has inked a deal with the Singapore-based label Pulverised Records. "We are really happy with what they are and have done for us so far, so this was an easy choice for us," the group writes in a statement."

SANCTIFICATION will enter Abyss studio in Sweden on July 7 with producers Tommy and Peter Tgtgren to begin recording its sophomore album for a fall release. The CD will be mixed by Peter and mastered by Dan Swan. Guest musicians on the album include Secthdeamon (ZYKLON, MYRKSKOG),Masse (a.k.a. Emperor Magus Caligula; DARK FUNERAL).

SANCTIFICATION's debut album, "Misanthropic Salvation", was released in 2003 through Remission Records.
