SAVAGE CIRCUS To Make Appearance At Germany's ROCK HARD FESTIVAL

May 9, 2005

SAVAGE CIRCUS, the new band featuring former BLIND GUARDIAN drummer Thomen Stauch and PERSUADER members Jens Karlsson (vocals, guitar) and Emil Norberg (lead guitar),will make an appearance at the Rock Hard Festival on May 15 at Amphitheater in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The full band will be in attendance. At 6:00 p.m. CET, Rock Hard editor Goetz Kuehnemund will conduct an interview with Thomen on the main stage. In addition, four songs will be aired over the festival PA system: "Evil Eyes", "Ghost Story", and two brand new tracks. The band will also hold a signing session at 9:30 p.m. CET.

SAVAGE CIRCUS' debut album, "Dreamland Manor", will be released in late August/early September via Dockyard 1, the new company formed by Dirk Putzke, Christine Stephan (both ex-Sanctuary/Noise Records) and Piet Sielck (IRON SAVIOR).

In other news, SAVAGE CIRCUS are holding a contest for the fans to design the band's logo and symbol. There will be two separate contests: one for the SAVAGE CIRCUS logo, and another for a SAVAGE CIRCUS symbol (like the one QUEENSRŸCHE has, for example). One winner will be selected for each of the contests, and they will have their logo or symbol used by SAVAGE CIRCUS. More information is available at www.thomen.de.
