SAVATAGE, Ex-TNT Members To Guest On This Weekend's 'The Classic Metal Show'

February 20, 2009

SAVATAGE/TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA guitarist Chris Caffery and bassist Johnny Lee Middleton, along with vocalist Tony Harnell (STARBREAKER, ex-TNT) will be the featured guests on this weekend's (February 21) edition of "The Classic Metal Show".

"The Classic Metal Show" can be heard every Saturday night between 9:00 p.m. EST and 3:00 a.m. EST at www.cmsradio.net.

Caffery's new solo album, "House Of Insanity", was released digitally in October. The effort, which will receive a physical CD release in February, features "a really cool metal cover of 'Get Up, Stand Up' by BOB MARLEY," according to Chris. He added, "It is actually a cool metal anthem!"

Johnny Lee Middleton recently released his second solo single, "Broken Wings". Information on how to purchase the track digitally is available on Johnny's MySpace page.

Tony Harnell has been busy working on a new acoustic album. The working title of the record is "En Memoria Carinosa", which, in Tony's own words, stands for "in loving memory of the songs from my past." The LP will include reworked versions of Tony's hits with TNT and WESTWORLD, other classic songs and new stuff as well. A tentative summer release via Frontiers Records is expected.
