SAXON Confirmed For United Arab Emirates' DESERT ROCK FESTIVAL

British heavy metal veterans SAXON are the final international band to be confirmed for the Desert Rock Festival 2005, which will be held on March 25 at the Dubai Country Club (Rugby Field) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The billing for the festival is as follows:

MACHINE HEAD and SEPULTURA's performances at the Desert Rock Festival will mark the first time an international heavy/thrash metal band has appeared in the Arabian Gulf.

The event also feature the UAE AirGuitar championships, extreme-sports events and grafitti-artist competitions.
