SCATHA And ARAKUS Confirmed For Seattle's HOT AUGUST METAL FEST

April 25, 2007

Lying somewhere between the Pacific Northwest communities of Seattle, Lake Stevens and Issaquah, members of black metal bands SCATHA and ARAKUS lay in waiting for Friday, August 24, 2007, at which time they shall awake from docility and hit the stage for the Friday segment of Hot August Metal Fest.

Joining forces with them for the two-evening event will be Canadian powerhouses WOLVEN ANCESTRY, VERBAL DECEPTION, NEFASTUS DIES and PANZERFAUS. Added to that mix will be Washington death metal bands CEREMONIAL CASTINGS, INQUINOK, FINAL HOUR, DEATH PUSSY, SATUS and BELTFED WEAPON.

Pre-sale tickets for entrance to both Friday and Saturday shows are currently scheduled to begin to be available for purchase in May. And for ticket purchasers during May and June, there will be the added benefit of an event T-shirt (black, size XL) being included in the ticket price of $20.

Hot August Metal Fest is scheduled to take place at Studio Seven in Seattle on Friday and Saturday evenings, August 24-25, 2007. Also beginning in May, the free pass program for the active duty naval and military personnel will kick in. If you're military, or know someone on active duty, watch for updates.
