'School Of Rock Does Hair Metal' In Cleveland Heights This Friday

According to Cleveland.com, the Grog Shop — which is located at 2785 Euclid Heights Blvd. in Cleveland Heights, Ohio — will host "School of Rock Does Hair Metal" this Friday, May 15 at 6:00 p.m. The Paul Green School of Rock — a national chain of schools that teaches kids to play rock music — will unleash a class of hair metalheads, ages 7 and older, playing tunes by POISON, WARRANT, RATT, MÖTLEY CRÜE and TWISTED SISTER. Paul Green founded the first School of Rock in Philadelphia in 1998. Since that time, satellite campuses have opened across America, helping students develop stage presence and musical skill. Students at the School of Rock take part in both private lessons and larger jams to prepare for a capstone performance. Students have performed at major concerts and festivals around the world.
