SEBASTIAN BACH Guitarist METAL MIKE: 'Australians Know How To Party Their A**es Off'

July 11, 2007

JacksonGuitars.com has posted part two of a four-part tour diary series from guitarist "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM, SEBASTIAN BACH). The latest installment focuses on Sebastian Bach's recent Australian tour with GUNS N' ROSES. An excerpt follows:

"Fan-wise, and generally just as people, Australians have been absolutely inviting and just great. They certainly love rock and metal, and they know how to party their a**es off and make you feel very welcome.

"Our first show in Perth went fine. We delivered a solid set of a little over an hour; pretty much our Japanese set minus a few songs due to time limits. The rest of the night was spent tearing up the town with some friends and locals that we met during our days off. Great time celebrating a nice show. Hangovers weren't that great, however, ha ha. It was also cool to watch Australia's own ROSE TATTOO open up the show. Pure first-class rude rock 'n' roll led by the one and only Angry Anderson. Our Adelaide set and the first night in Melbourne weren't as easy as some other shows in our past, but we got through them without too many scars. Technical issues here and there.

"I spent most of the day of our first show in Melbourne doing press interviews. I am also promoting the distribution of my two PAINMUSEUM releases in Australia. They are coming via a new relationship between my own CMM Entertainment and Australia's biggest independent, Riot Distributors. So if you live in Australia or New Zealand, you can now pick up PAINMUSEUM's 'Metal For Life' and 'You Have the Right to Remain Violent' releases."
