SEPULTURA Manager Says Band Have Yet To Sign U.S. Deal

April 3, 2003

SEPULTURA's manager, Jim Lewis, stated today that heated, ongoing negotiations between the band and numerous labels continue, and that no deal has been reached (yet) with No Name/Elektra Records.

SEPULTURA are currently on a 14-date sold-out tour of European capital cities. Following their headlining tour, SEPULTURA look forward to their confirmed US dates with VOIVOD co-headlining (featuring ex-METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted) commencing on April 18 at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA.

SEPULTURA's new album, "Roorback", is due to receive a European release in June through SPV/Steamhammer Records. A special two-CD version of the album will include the band's "Revolusongs" EP, which came out last year through Brazil's FNM/Universal Records. A U.S. release is expected in the summer.
