Around 12-13 songs will end up on the final album, which is scheduled to be mixed shortly at NRG Recording in North Hollywood by Jay Baumgardner (PAPA ROACH, ALIEN ANT FARM, DROWNING POOL) and released in October through TVT Records. Among the tracks recorded for the album is a cover of MARVIN GAYE's "Inner City Blues", which is likely to be included on a forthcoming soundtrack or as a b-side. Other cuts recorded during the sessions include "Disgrace", "Seasons", "Honesty", "Skeleton Song" and "Enemy (Pez)".

The SEVENDUST song "Leech" (originally recorded during the recording sessions for 2001's "Animosity") will be released on the soundtrack for the "Freddy vs. Jason" movie, due on August 5 through Roadrunner Records.
