SEVENDUST's CLINT LOWERY To Rejoin DARK NEW DAY For Atlanta Concert

DARK NEW DAY — the band featuring Corey Lowery (bass; ex-STEREOMUD, STUCK MOJO) Brett Hestla (vocals, guitar; ex-CREED, VIRGOS MERLOT),Will Hunt (drums; EVANESCENCE, ex-SKRAPE, TOMMY LEE) and Bradley "BC" Kochmit (guitar; SWITCHED a.k.a. SW1TCHED) — has scheduled a one-off performance on September 6 at Three Bears Café in Marietta, Georgia. The group has issued the following update:

"We are busy pulling 20-hour days getting ready for what is going to be an amazing show this Saturday in Atlanta [September 6 at Three Bears Café in Marietta, Georgia]! The anticipation is building and we are so excited. This is the beggining of what is going to be a string of some shows to come throughout the rest of 2008, more on that later!!! But the big announcement is that Clint Lowery [former DARK NEW DAY and current SEVENDUST guitarist] WILL BE playing the show Saturday with DARK NEW DAY in Atlanta. SEVENDUST's show on Saturday has been canceled due to tropical storm Hannah so Clint will be joining us on stage along with new guy (and kicking fucking ASS!!!) BC!!! It's going to be great as this was unexpected and will make for a very special night!!! DO NOT MISS THIS!!! We will be playing eight songs from 'Twelve Year Silence' [DARK NEW DAY's debut album] and five new ones!!! Also, there will be a new guy's t-shirt and girls boybeater shirt available that will be exclusive to this show ONLY!!!! Truly a night to remember, so DONT MISS IT!!!"

DARK NEW DAY recently completed work on its long-awaited second album, tentatively due later in the year. Audio samples are available on the group's MySpace page.

DARK NEW DAY released its debut CD, "Twelve Year Silence", in June of 2005. The disc featured the single "Brother".
