SEVENDUST To Hold Listening Sessions For New CD On Upcoming Tour

August 8, 2003

In lieu of an opening act on their upcoming acoustic tour, SEVENDUST will be holding listening sessions for their new album, "Seasons", prior to taking the stage at each venue.

As previously reported, SEVENDUST recorded 17 tracks during the sessions for the new CD at Atlanta's Ruby Red Studios with producer Butch Walker (INJECTED, SR-71). Around 12-13 songs will end up on the final album, which was mixed at NRG Recording in North Hollywood by Jay Baumgardner (PAPA ROACH, ALIEN ANT FARM, DROWNING POOL). Among the tracks recorded for the CD was a cover of MARVIN GAYE's "Inner City Blues", which will likely be released on a forthcoming soundtrack or as a b-side. Other cuts tracked during the sessions include "Enemy" (Real Audio),"Disgrace", "Seasons", "Honesty", and "Skeleton Song". "Seasons" is due on October 7 through TVT Records.
