SEVENTH CALLING Announces New Drummer

Las Vegas, Nevada-based metallers SEVENTH CALLING have announced the addition of drummer Shannon Frye (AVENGER OF BLOOD) to the group's ranks. "I am very excited about the energy and style that Shannon brings to the group," says guitarist/vocalist Steve Handel. "What he will bring to the group besides live experience is his own stamp on our sound."

SEVENTH CALLING recently revealed revealed the artwork and complete track listing for its second album, "Deliverance", due later in the year via Melissa Records. The CD layout was designed by Rainer Kalwitz, while the artwork itself was created by Rainer Kalwitz and Tom Martin. The follow-up to the group's Melissa Records debut, entitled "Monuments" (2007),was once again recorded at Triple 4 Studios of St. Paul, Minnesota with Steve Handel and Jamie Strobach handling the production duties.

Commented Steve Handel: "The new album takes us in a total different direction than our debut album, 'Monuments'. We feel that the songs are more matured, and a lot more melodic."
