SEVENTH CALLING Confirmed For Germany's HEADBANGERS OPEN AIR Festival

August 1, 2007

Minneapolis, Minnesota metal act SEVENTH CALLING has been confirmed for next year's installment of the Headbangers Open Air festival, which is scheduled to take place July 24-26, 2008 in Brande-Hörnerkirchen, Germany. Also scheduled to appear are Italy's ANCESTRAL, Germany's ABANDONED and Australia's SUPREMACY.

The tenth edition of the Headbangers Open Air festival took place July 12-14 in Brande-Hörnerkirchen, Germany and was billed as "the biggest garden party in the world." The venue was the yard of a burnt down and restored farm in the German countryside, where festival promoters Thomas Tegelhütter opens his garden every year for the metal hordes. The theme of this year's show was "The Garden Burns!"

The festival, co-sponsored by Rock Hard magazine, regularly sells out with thousands of metalheads attending each year.
