
SEXTRASH To Enter Studio This Weekend
September 29, 2005Reunited Brazilian death metallers SEXTRASH will enter the studio this weekend to begin recording their as-yet-untitled fourth album, tentatively due December 2005 via Cogumelo Records. "We spent last two months preparing this album and we had enough time to do what we wanted and I can say that the new songs are really brutal old-school death metal," drummer Quake said in a statement.
The album will feature 11 songs and the producer will be announced soon. The CD will be the group's first full-length studio effort since 1992's "Funeral Serenade". SEXTRASH's current lineup consists of Doom (vocals),Marck (guitars),Kruegger (bass) and Quake (drums). An official forum has been launched at www.sextrash.com.br.
