SHINEDOWN: ROCK 102 FM Interview In Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Video)

August 10, 2012

In this week's episode of Shinedown TV, go behind the scenes with SHINEDOWN as vocalist Brent Smith and guitarist Zach Myers are interviewed by Rock 102 FM in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Watch as they detail the challenges of touring for long periods of time, how SHINEDOWN continues to broaden their diverse fan base, as well as the importance of expanding their musical sound and stage production to create a larger than life spectacle and a show that you won't soon forget.

SHINEDOWN's latest single, "Unity", was the sixteenth Active Rock radio chart-topper of the band's illustrious career and eighth consecutive #1 at the format.

"Unity" follows hot on the heels of the #1 smash, "Bully", both of which are featured on the group's new album, "Amaryllis". Released this past March, the collection debuted atop Billboard's "Rock Albums" chart and at #4 overall on The Billboard 200 — SHINEDOWN's biggest chart debut thus far — with over 105,000 units sold its first week out.

SHINEDOWN will hit the road later this month as headliners on the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival. The third annual rock extravaganza — which boasts a main stage lineup that also includes GODSMACK, PAPA ROACH and STAIND — gets underway on Friday, August 17 at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas, and then continues through September.
