SHOT INJECTION Frontman Quits

January 31, 2007

Vocalist Kristian Forsell has announced his decision to leave Sweden's SHOT INJECTION. He commented, "SHOT INJECTION does not [any] longer represent the feelings or the music I want to express. I have had a great time during my time in SHOT INJECTION and it has been a great experience. I am heading towards new goals in life and time will tell for all of you what this will be, just stay tuned and there will be some more hot news for you in a while. I want to thank all the boys in SHOT INJECTION for a great time and wish them all of luck."

Forsell's final appearance with SHOT INJECTION will take place on February 27 at ticky Fingers in Gothenburg.

SHOT INJECTION recently recorded a new EP, "World of Coma", at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg. The band's last CD, "Eleven Triple Manifest", was recorded at Division One Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden and featured guest appearances by EVERGREY frontman Tom S Englund and M.A.N/ex-MNEMIC frontman Tony Jelencovich.
