SHY OF THE DEPTH Signs With BASICK RECORDS

Basick Records has announced the signing of Brighton, UK-based tech metal upstarts SHY OF THE DEPTH. The group's self-titled debut EP will be released on October 13.

Combining technicality and groove with influences from the likes of SIKTH and PANTERA, the band recently recorded its debut EP with WellerHill Productions (Justin Hill and Dan Weller, formerly of SIKTH) after a direct invitation from the pair.

Although a relatively new band, SHY OF THE DEPTH is already building up a solid reputation by confirming upcoming shows with the likes of MESHUGGAH (Thursday, September 4) and a full UK tour with MALEFICE throughout September.
