SIGH, VIRGIN BLACK Members Interviewed On 'The Governor's Ball'

Mirai Kawashima of Japanese black metallers SIGH and Rowan London of Australian doomsters VIRGIN BLACK were interviewed for this week's edition of the "The Governor's Ball". You can download the program at this location.

SIGH's cover version fo the VENOM classic "Black Metal" is available for free download from BrooklynVegan.com. The track comes off the Japanese experimental black metallers' new CD, "A Tribute to Venom", which was released on September 2 via The End Records. The six-song tribute to legendary black metal band VENOM features the bass work of Dan Lilker (BRUTAL TRUTH, NUCLEAR ASSAULT) and Shane Embury (NAPALM DEATH, VENOMOUS CONCEPT).

VIRGIN BLACK's "Requiem – Fortissimo", the follow-up to 2007's "Requiem - Mezzo Forte", was released in February via The End Records. The album's cover art was created by esteemed fashion photographer Andrew Dunbar.
